‘Safety and Academics’ are central to the job of a school owner. Assertive students who are happy with an overall and an all-round development comes next in the list of priorities said Divya Lal, Managing Director, Fliplearn Education as part of her industry presentation at the School Education event on February 19.

“Freedom to shape the curriculum is what everyone really wants. The children need creativity and freedom to express themselves. Excellence in all that they do,” said Lal adding that the need of the hour was to provide a safe, secure, happy schooling and education system.

To make students prepare for the future should be very much the goal with latest education, life skills and encouragement, Lal said adding that students love freedom and to a certain extent it should be allowed. “Students need to feel secure and confident. Pressure should be decreased and students should be allowed not too much expectations of them as they bloom,” Lal said.

Lal revealed what Fliplearn Education was doing in the direction of making learning fun and engaging. “We customize and personalize and reach out to every school going child. Inclusivity is what we bring to you, award winning content, questions of every kind. Gone are the days when exams were only about MCQs. Today we have fill in the blanks, short answers, essay answers and personalize every child’s journey. You can actually explore the huge opportunities which are given to you,” she said.

Fliplearn Education recognizes the talent of each child using technology and Artificial Intelligence to help the child grow. “It is one of our verticals,” Lal said. “We try to make each child feel special and important. They can express their strengths and weaknesses in a manner which won’t embarrass them,” she said adding that children are born highly intelligent and have the right to feel that way. “We reach out to anyone who wants to bridge the gap between children and happy learning,” said Lal.
