The world is changing at a very rapid change and is becoming very experiential. You need to keep the pace to better with technology, keep up the pace with skilling for employability, R&D and developing more and more entrepreneurs on the new age technologies with skilling.

Adobe believes in delivering unchartered experiences across the globe. People now care more about the experience, rather than the brand or products. New age trends include design-led innovation.

Supreeth Nagaraju, Head Education - Digital Media, India and South Asia, Adobe said, “Future skills must be associated with the changing the world on experience. It is an era of digital experience and experience in delivering which brings engagement. It’s not anything to do with the IT world. Adobe’s mantra for the last 35 years has been about delivering unchartered and unprecedented experiences across the world.”

Adobe has delivered products on digital marketing, and e-learning and has a large presence across India for R&D, engineering, sales and marketing with a product creation cycle in Bangalore and Noida, and coming up with an Artificial Intelligence facility in Hyderabad.

Supreeth added, “What we have been trying to do in India is to bring the best of brains, for what every industry vertical, every enterprise customer and government institutions are looking at adopting  these trends and skills to build their next generations to deliver in an experiential way.”

Adobe is looking to deliver digital and creative skills in demand to the educational institutions, to build for the next wave of digital transformation. People really don’t care about brands, technology platforms anymore but about the experience.

Demand for aspiring professionals in UI/UX development is improving with 50 thousand openings. With nearly two lakh job demands for professionals with new-age transformation, top 5 skills in demand in current landscape are Mobile app development, digital architecture, digital publishing, and video editing & production, film, TV, and post-production.
