AI-powered RingCentral To Double Its 200 Working Force In India

The company expansion came following its verification rights to operate in India by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), marking its presence as the first global cloud provider to offer fully compliant cloud phone services in the country

AI-powered global enterprise, RingCentral today reported the opening of its inaugural office in Bengaluru. 

The company expansion came following its verification rights to operate in India by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), marking its presence as the first global cloud provider to offer fully compliant cloud phone services in the country.

The AI service provider said it is committed to investing in the rich talent pool of the nation and has over 200 employees in India working remotely from various locations which it plans to double in the next year. 

It emphasised the Bengaluru expansion will target different markets across India, showcasing RingCentral's dedication to delivering top-notch enterprise cloud communications services.
