The highs and lows of life can be compared to the ones we experience in music. It goes without saying that music is an integral part of most people. It is not only a means of entertainment and recreation, it is also a way of expressing oneself. The consumer tech industry has recognized this and is running with it. The market is flooded with tower speakers, portable speakers, Bluetooth neckbands, TWS earbuds and whatnot. In this review, I will be talking about the Elista Musibar and discussing the product in detail.

What’s In The Box!

The Elista Musibar comes with simple packaging. The box comprises the soundbar, the remote control, audio cables and a user manual.

  • Soundbar
  • Remote control
  • Audio cables
  • User manual

First Impressions: Design and Build Quality

The first word that’ll come to your mind when you see the soundbar is ‘simple’. The design is not complex at all, something that acts as an advantage for the device. The body is made of plastic and so is the remote control. Connectivity options are plenty.

The soundbar has Bluetooth, AUX and HDMI connectivity options. Users have an option of using the remote control to operate the soundbar or using the physical buttons given on the soundbar body. The remote control is light in weight. There is nothing fancy about the soundbar whatsoever. The build quality, however, is good.

Performance

The performance aspect of the Elista Musibar is what impressed me the most. This simple-looking soundbar is a battle axe. The audio is better than I expected it to be. I could feel the difference in the bass and treble customizations that were made via the remote control.

Connectivity is swift and there is no lag whatsoever. Once the device of your choice is paired, the connection is established once the soundbar is turned on. Along with the remote control, users can also use the physical buttons provided on the soundbar itself. In addition, to the play and pause buttons, there are buttons for volume up and down as well.

The Elista ELR BAR 6000 soundbar offers a 60W sound output (four 15W speakers, 2.25-inch drivers) delivering audio that is better than expected. Highs, lows and mids are great, while the bass is satisfactory if not wonderful. Users also have the option of customizing the bass and treble.

Verdict: Is It Worth It?

The four 15-watt speakers of the Elista soundbar get the job done. A total of 60 watts is delivered in the form of clear and crisp audio and decent bass. The thumb rule while looking for soundbars is to ask yourself what you need them for. If your needs include good enough audio to fill an entire room, room for customization and a price tag that does not burn a hole in the pocket, the Elista Musibar 6000 is a great pick.

Do not get deceived by the looks of the ELS 6000 as I did. The soundbar might not look like it but it delivers really good-quality audio. The remote control did seem to be a product of cost-cutting, be it the design or the light weight. However, it works perfectly. You can use it for switching the device on and off, changing the volume, muting and unmuting, play/pause, customizing the treble and bass levels and lastly, switching between modes.

The only thing that I felt the product lacked was the length of the power chord. It is extremely short and that posed a few problems while placing the soundbar.

As it goes with pocket-friendly and affordable consumer technology goods, the Elista ELS 6000 Musibar is a great choice if you want good audio with a price tag that doesn’t break the bank.
