BW 40 Under 40 achievers summit at Gurugram on September 27, 2018 was one of its kind initiative that witnessed the presence of the audience representing various stakeholders of society. The essentials of the summit were success mantras from various achievers. Starting with the series of success matra was Prashant Tandon, CEO of 1mg, a popular online pharma drug group. Prashant shared his success mantra that actually gripped the attention of the entire audience.

“I am still struggling and it's my third venture but I'll share how to stand,” said Prashant. He shared five basic mantras to establish a trade with success. His first example was Balance, Prashant said that it's always important to be selective about where to invest your energy otherwise you will end up wasting instead of directing to the right direction.

The second important aspect that Prashant shared was Procrastination in Job, he said that the subordinates will always look at you for decisions. It's better to take wrong decisions instead of not taking any, without facing problems you can't step forward said Prashant.

The third aspect of Prashant success philosophy is ‘Being A Role Model’, he said that one needs to be firm, fair and consistent. Also, you can't be fair to all everytime but it does teach you lessons. Having both Bird's eye and Worm’s eye view is important said Prashant.

Prashant’s philosophy of ‘building team’ was also very important, he said that if you hire grade A people they will also hire people of similar attribute but if you hire grade B people they will end up making your organization filled up with average people. He was actually throwing light on the selection of right people on the right platform.

The fifth mantra for success was building with the view of scalability, Prashant said. If you do fundamental mistakes it will end up growing in a bigger issue, and even pumping a lot of money won't solve it.

The other success mantra came from Ramasubramaniam B., Co-founder, and COO of BlackBuck. It's a trucking marketplace with the end customer-centric approach.

Ramasubramaniam’s success mantra revolves around Philosophy of winning combination, fearless aspiration flawless execution and final was product first approach.

While the first philosophy revolves around shaving right set of co-founders with a similar target but a core expertise in their field. The second philosophy seeks a firm approach to start something and believe in the initiative. Execution is also an important part shared Ramasubramaniam.

His last philosophy sticked to give importance to good delivery and why it's important not to fail to perform something you have decided.

The other success story came from Yeshwant Nag Mochrela, founder, The thick shake factory. Yeshwant talked about how people will always put negative aspects in first place but one need not get carried away with the sayings its good to get started with an idea.

Yeshwant also focussed on right selection and time of selection. His focus on luck and how you build on luck is also a great mantra for success because not everyone gets success in their venture. So spotting of right opportunity is also important shared Yeshwant.

The stage is set for many more success stories to come and will keep enlightening the hidden entrepreneur in you.
