Indians love to try curries, be they home-cooked or brought from another country. Thai curry is one of the most served/ordered/cooked curries in India. Today's recipes is specially curated for the vegetarians.

Let's give it a try for Sunday lunch/dinner:

Ingredients:
Grind to paste:
Fresh Broccoli – 200 gm
Green Chilies- 10 gm
Red Chili Fresh- 10 gm
Thai Ginger- 10 gm
Lemon Grass- 10 gm
Garlic: - 10 gm
Lemon Leaf- 4 gm
Coconut Milk Powder: - 200 gm

Spices and Oil: 
Vegetable Aromatic Powder: - 6gm
Refined oil: - 6 ML

Fresh cut vegetable and boil 
Broccoli – 8pcs
Small Baby corn: - 8pcs
Small pcs Zucchini: - 8 pcs
Small size Button mushroom: - 8 small pcs
Pak choy: - 8 pcs

Recipe: - Put refined oil and add broccoli grinder paste. Stir the paste in a large pan for a few minutes and add salt, sugar, and aromatic vegetable powder. In the end put fresh par-boiled vegetables broccoli, baby corn, zucchini, mushroom, and pak choy. Give it a final stir. best serve with rice.
