The series is based on 19-year-old chase wherein the sixth terrorist who was linked to the 2001 Parliament attack went missing. Five terrorists were killed, but Himmat Singh, Raw agent portrayed by Kay Kay melon believed that there was another person, but no one believed onto his theory.
