Tripti Somani is not only a mother, but is also improving the lives of many mothers. Tripti is an example for all those who feel that the responsibility of mother and career cannot be fulfilled together...or even if it is fulfilled, it is bound to leave one of the two behind. A CA by profession, Tripti manages her own accountancy firm, runs an organisation that brings colour to the lives of women and despite all this, she is fulfilling her responsibilities as a mother.

Every Role Is Important

Tripti believes that if you really want to do something, responsibilities don't seem like a burden. Playing the role of a mother is as big a responsibility as shaping your career, fulfilling your dreams, living up to the trust of others and doing something for the society. She says - If I am able to do all this, it is only because I want to. Everything is important to me and every role is important. Everyone only gets 24 hours in a day, and if you're passionate, that's enough time to get anything done.

Courage And Passion Required

Tripti Somani believes that raising children is not the responsibility of the mother alone, the father also has to play a big role in it. The role of both mother and father is important in the life of children. Citing research, she says that if both the parents give time to the children, raise them under their care, then there is a possibility of the children becoming more intelligent. After becoming a mother, many women put a full stop on their career or it is not possible for them to balance between personal and professional life, on this Tripti says that this is a big problem. She said, “Even educated women believe that after becoming a mother, the chapter of their professional life has ended. One reason for this is lack of confidence. It is true that starting a job again after a break is not easy, but women keep this thing in their mind so much that starting their professional life again seems like climbing Everest. She forgets that even Everest can be conquered if there is courage and passion. Tripti says that in such a situation women should talk to a mentor. One or the other program should be joined. When she comes out, meets new people, her life will automatically change.

How Womennovator Started

Tripti came to Delhi from UP for studies in 2002 and then settled here. She wanted to become a CA since childhood and she turned her dream into reality. After working in many reputed companies, she decided to take over her family business. Her company KG Somani & Company is a financial advisory firm. Tripti has also been associated with the World Bank and is currently on the boards of several companies. 'Womennovator' is an initiative of Tripti Somani, whose name itself reflects her creative and modern thinking. Through Womennovator, Trupti has till now filled the lives of hundreds of women with success and this process is continuing unabated. In response to this question about how the idea of Womennovator came to mind, she said - Today there is no dearth of talented women, but due to lack of right opportunities and help, their talent gets wasted. Apart from this, there are many institutes that provide skill training, but the proper utilisation of those skills sometimes becomes difficult. When I realised this, the idea of Womennovator took shape.

Hit In Every Role

Tripti Somani has received innumerable awards so far. Her company was included in the top 15 firms in 2022 by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG). Tripti believes that every woman should contribute to the development of the country. They should do some work for at least 2 hours a day, even if it is social service. After a day's work, Tripti spends time with her 7-year-old daughter and husband. Tripti Somani is a mother, a businesswoman and a social leader, playing all the roles well and remains a source of inspiration for thousands and millions of women.
