'I Am Not A Believer In Multi-tasking'

Chairman & Editor of BW|Businessworld, Annurag Batra, says he is not in favour of multitasking. Talking to Srishti Chaudhary of We Love Hiring, Batra says "when you are doing something you have to get fully involved in it and when we talk to people interesting things happen. While searching for a suitable candidate, he looks at the goals of the candidate. His mantra for hiring is people should make their hobby a profession so that they naturally enjoy their work. He believes when people are having fun, they give their best and companies get built and initiatives are taken. Discussing his work, Batra said I love doing my work and does not consider it as my job.
