We Are Very Close To The Mission Power to All, Says Piyush Goyal

Minister of Power, Coal and Renewable Energy Piyush Goyal says that we are very close to the Mission Power to All. Though the last mile connectivity stands like a barrier in the project, IPDS has invested around Rs 1,10,000 crore which will help largely to last mile connectivity. While speaking to BW Businessworld's Chahat Jain, Minister Goyal said that India is at the cusp of our development cycle and coal will be required as a low cost energy provider but we can superimpose it with large amount of renewable energy to meet the requirements of India.
