While it also changes how we learn, by adapting to the way society meanders and curves, to make all of our lives easier. This often leaves educators, and students alike, to ask,"What’s next? How much farther can we go?” According to SS Kulkarni, Director, Rajaram Prabhu Institute of technology, "it takes presence and persistence to work for technology, technology usage in higher education is on an exponential upswing, one that will continue for many years to come and change how, when, and where we learn."

That is, a student will attend about one class session a week, where they will interact with an instructor via Skype (or other medium) as a class. Then, they will watch 'modules' on their own time, which consist of spoken lectures recorded by their instructor.
