Infosys To Provide Certification In AI And Generative AI Skills, Crucial To Landing Jobs
The certification program will encompass a comprehensive curriculum designed to cater to a broad range of AI-related topics

IT major Infosys on Thursday unveiled an initiative by launching a free Artificial Intelligence (AI) certification training program on its platform, Infosys Springboard.
With this launch, the company aims to democratise quality education and equip the next-generation workforce with digital and life skills through this innovative offering.
The certification program will encompass a comprehensive curriculum designed to cater to a broad range of AI-related topics. It will include an introductory course on AI and Generative AI, emphasising deep learning and natural language processing.
Moreover, a masterclass on AI and the impact of Generative AI will delve into prompt engineering and AI-first software engineering. Additionally, a specialised course named 'Citizens Data Science' will cover critical aspects of data science, such as python programming, linear algebra, probability and statistics, and exploratory data analysis.
Successful completion of the courses will earn participants a certification.
In a statement, Thirumala Arohi, Senior Vice President and Head - Education, Training and Assessment at Infosys, said, “Our aim is to demystify AI for learners through Infosys Springboard and help them make a conscious choice in building their careers. We firmly believe that AI proficiency will give young aspirants and professionals a competitive advantage in a dynamic and demanding job market.”
