Walking down the memory lane, if we look at Tendulkar’s journey the man has given the greatest cricket of all time. He is the gem, the ‘God of Cricket’ who is not only remembered for the top-notch game but also for his style, curly hair, French beard, golden box chains, MRF bat sticker, and the often-said word, Aila! (Marathi Word that denotes the oops! moment), everything about the cricket star simply made a larger-than-life statement.

Being the son of Ramesh Tendulkar, an Indian Marathi poet and novelist, reading is in the cricketer’s veins. The recent book the cricketer squeezed into reading was ‘Horizon’ by his niece Sayali Wagle and ‘Sahitya’ by his late father.

315 And Sachin

The legend amassed 100’s international centuries, the first and only cricketer to achieve the phenomenal record of 51 centuries in Test matches and 49 in ODIs. Vada Pav and Sachin are the inseparable part of Mumbai. Vada Pav, a Maharashtrian snack is Mumbai’s popular street food and Tendulkar’s school-time love. The master blaster has admitted to playing best in his training days to bag a prized rupee from coach Ramakant Achrekar to buy Vada pav.

In a very recent post, the God of cricket flaunted his love for mango and his mother Rajani Tendulkar, He captioned the post, “Having this season’s first mango."
