Shapoorji Pallonji To Launch India's Tallest & Ultra-luxurious Skyscraper In Mumbai

The ultra-luxurious and India's tallest skyscraper, Minerva, is all set to launch under the guidance of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) in Mumbai. 

With a revenue potential of more than Rs 1500 crore, the ‘Vantage Series’ residences have a saleable area of 11.6 lakh square feet. 

Lokhandwala Kataria Construction has appointed SPRE as a project marketing consultant. The project is financed by India Bulls Housing Finance and PAG. 

The Vantage series includes a 91-storeyed building with over 300-metre tall high-rise that overlooks the beautiful Mahalakshmi Racecourse and the Arabian Sea along with spacious living rooms, expansive bedrooms and private sundecks-- reaching the next level of luxury.

The project is designed by well-known architect Hafeez Contractor and will have 372 apartments. The project will also cater to the well-being and business needs of owners.

There will be more than 200 home buyers as soon as the rehabilitation component of the project gets completed.
