While we enter into another decade, entrepreneurs and startup gears up to decode the future, making their way straightened out for their businesses.
In the last decade, the foundation of the future was established with the help of the advent of digitalisation. While moving ahead with time, it was taken for granted. But what cannot be ignored is the velocity of change that is always going to be swift.
Being an investor, Rohit Bhayana, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Lumis Partners questioned: “Are you change ready?”
When talking about the change, Self Awareness is an important aspect of any business. He also believed in Destroy Your Business throughout his career, which abbreviates to DYB.
And to outstand the business, Bhayana suggested destroy internally to disrupt externally as it awakes the sense of self awareness. Although, it creates confusion to apprehend this particular thought but he later explained by doing this companies can highlight their pivotal issues.
He further progressed to another influential aspect of any business, that is, Investors.
As the gent understands the Indian market, he has seen companies prioritising Investors over their fundamental idea of business. As a result, investor trails the business of the company.
Advising on this, Bhayana said, “Companies must refocus on their fundamentals to bring in the disruption drawing out innovation. As they look internally, innovation can create a chance to emerge in their business.”
