“Like Yoga is the combination of mind and soul, entrepreneurship to me is the combination of 6 Ps: Passion, Purpose, Potential, Product, People, and Profit,” said the Founder of Sarva, Sarvesh Shashi with igniting the fireside chat. Accompanying him was Aishwarya Dhanush, Film Maker, Author & Entrepreneur; and the Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of BW Businessworld and exchange4media Group, Dr. Annurag Batra, as a mediator.

Shashi stated that earlier the average age of the people using our products was 46 and now it has come down to 31. “We are making Yoga cooler and making it accessible to a large population,” added Shashi. Unfolding the uniqueness of his company, Shashi stated, “Sarva is the Zumba of Yoga. It is a wellness ecosystem built on the essentials of Yoga.” Emphasizing the importance of Yoga and Mindfulness, Dr. Annurag Batra congratulated Shashi on the phenomenal work that he and his company is doing.

Batra congratulated Dhanush on her contribution as an entrepreneur while being a mother, which is not easy to handle. To that, Dhanush replied, “If you are mother you can do anything.” On the question of how women find it to make themselves succeed in the male-dominated world of cinemas, she said, “If you had asked me a decade ago, I would have told it is impossible. However, it is not as bad as it was before and women have been successful in every front.”

Sharing her experience of entrepreneurship, Dhanush stated, “Being an entrepreneur is totally a revelation and a learning experience for me.” Looking ahead she said, “I am going to try to venture into newer and newer fields which is something not everyone gets to do. Also, more than money and wealth, we need to earn people.”

Shashi recommended everyone to read Khushwant Singh’s Jokes. Dhanush’s recommendation was Autobiography of a Yogi. Batra said his favourite book of this year is “When Brain becomes Air.”
