Future Of Workforce: Digital Workers

At The 5th BW BusinessWorld Digital India Summit & Awards, a presentation on ‘Future of Workforce: Digital Workers’, was delivered by Rohit Kumar, Regional Head- Public Sector, Automation Anywhere.

Taking inputs from humans, Artificial Intelligence (AI) equipped bots are becoming smarter day by day. They are already playing a significant role in numerous industries and are making humans work simpler, easier and faster. 

At The 5th BW BusinessWorld Digital India Summit & Awards, a presentation on ‘Future of Workforce: Digital Workers’, was delivered by Rohit Kumar, Regional Head- Public Sector, Automation Anywhere.

While delivering the presentation Rohit said, “India is already the outsourcing hub of the world and is also on the verge of becoming the next automation hub of the world”.

On the topic of ‘Digital Workers’, Kumar informed that the companies have already started working with digital workers, they have even assigned them with employee number and are mutually working along with humans. 

Informing on the inception of the concept of digital workers and its usefulness, Kumar briefed that any organization has three kinds of work: Do, Think and Analyse. He further told that the Do part is the daily repetitive well-defined work, the Think part is when someone goes through some data or mail and critically responses to it, and the analyse part is when the organisation starts to think on how to improve things.

Presenting the solutions of Automation Anywhere, Kumar said, “The Do work is done by our Enterprise RPA, the Think work is done by IQ Bot, and the Analyse work is done by Bot Insight".
